Unifine Food & Bake Ingredients has implemented a quality management system according to ISO 9001: 2008 with the HACCP system integrated. In addition, the facilities in Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands, UK, Hungary and Portugal are certified according to BRC. The certification for France is planned for end 2010.
Our quality management includes a policy of continuous improvement. Therefore we select our suppliers and ingredients carefully, which are monitored permanently via planned supplier audits and raw material controls. Our certified quality management system and the integrated HACCP system guarantee the controllable and complete product safety in all steps of the production process. A special software makes sure that each product batch can be tracked down to each single ingredient as well as to each customer.
As a result we can offer an optimised and secure product quality to our customers.
