IBA 2009 - Passion for Pastry

This is the motto of Unifine Food & Bake Ingredients for iba 2009 in Düsseldorf.

Unifine, one of Europe’s leading specialists for food ingredients, is presenting a variety of new and innovative products to bakers, confectioners, ice-cream producers as well as to the bakery and confectionary industry.  

Among the highlights are the new cream stabilizers SUCREA® Ricotta-Orange-Honey und SUCREA® Ricotta-Cookie. In line with the widely-known Fond Ricotta-Limetta these products give a hint of „Dolce-Vita“ to every showcase.

Local fruit are timelessly popular; damson plums and apricots are traditionally among the classics. Unifine now provides two fruit fillings with freshly-harvested fruit, finest taste and big fruit chunks - FRUIBEL® Tradition Damson Plum and Tradition Apricot.

SUCREA® Crème Chocolat is a refined powdered mix for the preparation of a real chocolate cream. This product has a rich and creamy chocolate flavour to it and can be used in a variety of applications, whether as non-baked or baked filling cream in pastries of highest quality.

SUCREA® Premix FlexiSoft is perfectly suitable to produce elastic and flexible swiss rolls, soft and juicy tart bases. It adds nicely to the well-know Premix Line with our SUCREA® Premix Pound Cake and Premix Sheet Cake.

SUCREA® Creative Blend Dark Cocoa ideally replenishes the SUCREA® Premixes and baking mixes. With this new product, based on dark cocoa, you can easily give a nice dark colour and delicious chocolate taste to your doughs and batters. Furthermore, create magic colouring effects and accentuate your pastry – feel free to be creative!

Our motto “Passion for Ice-Cream” displays Unifine’s expertise in ice-cream.

„Lemoncake dough“ und „Brownie dough“ are new types of pastry ice-cream, prepared as a batter and applied directly into the ice-cream machine to the basic mix. The result is an amazing new experience: pastry ice-cream.

The visitors from all around the world are invited to the Unifine stand in hall 11. With creativity and innovative concepts the Unifine pastry chefs would like to charm and inspire the customers; all the new products are waiting to be tasted.
